- It sits in the centre of Playa del Carmen rather than on an isolated resort strip, with Quinta Avenida and its shops, restaurants and nightlife a few steps from the lobby.
- An elevated, ocean-facing deck with panoramic views over the Caribbean, quoted for around 110 guests.
- Event spaces scale from an 87-guest mangrove setting to a 5,721 square foot ballroom seating 400, so the ceremony, the cocktail hour and dinner can each have their own room.
- Grupo Posadas converted it from the Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen, soft-opened it in August 2025 and made it adults-only at the same time.

- Citrus Patio A 3,617 square foot open-air patio ringed by planting, sold for both ceremonies and private dinners, with a maximum of 300 guests.
- Devossion Ballroom The indoor alternative and the wet-weather plan, 5,721 square feet with wood interiors and natural light, divisible into three equal sections.
- The Mangrove A small ceremony and dinner setting enclosed by tropical greenery beside the preserved mangrove, away from the open beach, listed at about 87 guests.

- Devossion Ballroom The largest room at 5,721 square feet, seating 400 at banquet rounds and holding up to 600 for cocktails.
- Citrus Patio The main outdoor reception space, 3,617 square feet, seating 250 at banquet rounds and holding 300 for cocktails, surrounded by vegetation and steps from the ballroom.
- Internal Foyer A 2,066 square foot indoor pre-function space next to the ballroom, built for cocktail hours of up to 150.

Only pre-arranged and federally authorized transport may pick up at the terminal, and the walk-up offers are where the overcharge stories come from. Ride-hailing apps work for the trip back to the airport but are unreliable for arrivals, so do not plan a pickup around one.
- Book the drive before you flyReserve a private transfer in advance: the driver meets you with a name sign, at a fixed price agreed up front, and tracks your flight if it runs late. How the light works here
Playa del Carmen faces the Caribbean, so the sun rises over the water and sets behind the town rather than over the sea. In practice that means the beach and the decks fall into open shade in the late afternoon while the sky stays bright: nobody squints through their vows, and the sky over the water goes pastel pink and blue instead of fiery. The Infinity Deck is the most open of the ceremony sites and sits highest above the water, while the Citrus Patio is enclosed by planting and reads greener and more private. Plan the ceremony for roughly 90 minutes before official sunset, which leaves room for family groups and couple portraits before the light goes. Once the sun drops behind the town, twilight arrives fast on this coast, though the shallow turquoise water and pale sand keep glowing through blue hour.
The best time to start your ceremony
Arch's own rule for this coast is to begin the ceremony about 90 minutes before sunset, which leaves the vows in soft light and still keeps time for portraits. Start times are rounded to the half hour for these coordinates. Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. UTC-5 all year: the state left daylight saving in 2015. Times are town level, so they run within a couple of minutes of the property.
